Take a bowl add besan ,salt,ajwain, kasuri methi,red chilli,oil and haldi mix well add water ake a lumps free dough.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Paneer cut in long pcs.
Take a wok add 2glass of water boil them add paneer log then boil (boil gatte then float).
Paneer log cut in 1 inch pcs.
Besan gatte left over gravy keep a side.
Then take a wok add oil,heat oil add garlic saute then add onion paste saute till golden brown add ginger and all dry masala and tomato purer saute add paneer gatte cubes mix well but carefully saute 2 minutes add leftover gravy boil for 5 minutes then gas off add kasuri methi.
Paneer stuff gatte r ready.
